On the ground floor, a spacious living area with antique architectural elements welcomes guests, complemented by a large table for 12 people, a utility bathroom and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The separate, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for catering for a large group. On the upper floor, three bedrooms, two of which have sea views and access to the terrace, offer double beds and private bathrooms. The third room has two single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort.

The pool is 4×10 metres in size and can be heated upon request.
The nearest beach is only a few steps away from the villa. The cove is called Cala dell’Acquaviva and is also suitable for families with children. A few metres from the property there is a cliff with sea access. If the sea is rough, access is not recommended.
