The “Dante” apartment by WP Relais is located in Palazzo Berardi on the “piano nobile”, the main floor of this historical building dating back to the 1600s, and is strategically positioned on Via della Vigna Nuova in the heart of Florence. The apartment is ideal for up to four guests and is spread over a single level with two bedrooms: one twin and the one with a king-size bed, and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The living room features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a large rustic Tuscan table for six. The living area is enhanced by a charming fireplace and two large sofas facing the windows.
The inlaid wooden floors, vaulted ceilings and period marble fireplace evoke the atmosphere of an ancient Florentine residence. The walls of the living area are decorated with old Italian frescoes that have been skilfully reassembled on panels. The majesty of these ancient paintings is balanced by the presence of contemporary works of art, thanks to the contributions of a talented artist from Bologna, Pietro Caponetti.

Upon request, luggage can be left at our WP STORE at Via della Vigna Nuova 75/R, 50123 Florence, either before check-in or after check-out, provided it is within the shop’s normal opening hours. Please let us know your schedule and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Access to the property is keyless and automated by a quick self check-in procedure. When booking, please remember to provide your email address: you will receive a link to the online self check-in procedure which can be completed immediately. Once you have finished entering the data of all guests (ID/passport number is only required for the reservation holder), you will receive another confirmation email containing directions to the property and the link to access the virtual keys. Please check your junk mail if the email does not arrive. Please note that the virtual keys (ViKey) will be available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Inside you will find the physical keys to the property which you can use throughout your stay.
I have not received the access instructions, what should I do?
Internet connection is required to access the apartment. The name and password to the WiFi network is included in the PDF document we sent you by email along with the check-in instructions.
The access link to the apartment will be active from 15:00 on the day of check-in until 11:00 on the day of departure.

The Botticelli (apt. 2), Donatello (apt. 3) and Dante (apt. 4) apartments are located on the first floor and can be reached by climbing the two flights of stairs on the left, with the building’s entrance door behind them, or by lift. The WP Relais Loft Apartment is located on the first floor but is accessed via the of stairs on the right, with the building’s front door behind you. The Brunelleschi flat (apt. 1) is located on the second floor, and can be reached by climbing the three flights of stairs on the left, or by using the lift to the first floor and going up one flight of stairs. The WP Relais Renaissance Retreat in Piazza della Signoria is located on the second floor and is accessible via the lift in the small inner courtyard.
